Description
Julien Du Gris, mostly called by his family name Dugris, is a French shepherd dog who was born during the Cold War (he is French and lives in France). He is known as a local shepherd villager, and is friendly with strangers. His usual job is to look after the sheep and keep order in his village.
He's interested in what's happening in the East and cares about the situation. He'll be one of the first dogs Sylvester meets when he arrives in France; they'll soon become close and get along very well. Dugris is his French correspondent. He would later become an international service dog representing France.
Backstory
His ancestors have been living in the same village for generations and they all had the same job, to keep order in their village, and to protect the villagers and their sheep from the wild wolves. He has been trained to herd sheep since he was young and never really got far from his village, meanwhile he got really interested about the world’s situation and he was getting all the information through radio and newspaper.
